We have been seeing a lot of children not attending clubs for which they are signed up. It would be helpful to us if parents (or their children) could give us advanced notice if they intend to stop attending a club as numbers often affect the planned activities and there are also waiting lists for many clubs. On top of which, it would just be polite and respectful to the members of staff giving up their own time to run the club to let them know.
If, for whatever reason, your child decides not to continue with a club for which they have been allocated a ;place, please lets us know with a phone call or by email.
Children who cease attending a club without reasonable cause and/or advance notification will not be allocated places at clubs in the future.
