Children’s Mental Health Week

Tuesday 20th February will be Parkdale’s celebration of Children’s Mental Health Week. This is slightly later than other schools but we wanted to make sure all year groups could join in without conflicting events like swimming, day trips and good work assemblies.

This year’s theme is ‘My Voice Matters’. At Parkdale, we proud ourselves at celebrating how different we all are – we all have different things that make us who we are and those bring a smile to our face.

On Tuesday 20th February, we would like our children to celebrate what makes them unique with an incredibly fun dress-up day – this could be sharing their favourite hobby, such as skateboarding or dancing, or wearing their favourite colour or accessory. Or it could just be coming in as themselves. We look forward to seeing all of you in your amazing outfits!
