Year 4 have returned from an unforgettable residential at Walesby Forest, full of fun, challenges, and plenty of laughter!
The trip began with a fantastic range of water-based activities on the lake. Children took part in kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, and rafting, showing amazing confidence and teamwork as they learned new skills and supported one another on the water.
After a busy day outdoors, the fun continued with an evening disco – a chance to unwind, dance with friends, and make even more memories.
The excitement didn’t stop there! On the second day, children took part in an action-packed schedule that included archery, tomahawk throwing, and laser tag. Each activity was a chance to challenge themselves, practise focus and coordination, and – most importantly – have a brilliant time.
We are incredibly proud of how our pupils conducted themselves throughout the trip. Their behaviour, resilience and team spirit were excellent, and they represented Parkdale Primary School beautifully.
Well done, Year 4 – what a fantastic adventure!
