Year 3 would like t
o say a huge thank you to Tia from the Environment Agency for leading such a fun and fascinating session all about healthy rivers. The children loved learning how to spot the signs of a healthy river and thinking about how human actions, like littering, can affect river life.
They had a brilliant time sharing their learning in creative ways – through drama, drawing and even building river models. One of the most exciting moments was getting to see the taxidermy otter and mink up close. It really brought the topic to life and made the morning extra memorable!
