On Friday the 20th December Year 1 are excited for our fun Christmas Activity day!
Children may come in either party wear or cosy clothes (but please bear in mind they will have access to paint and glue and their footwear must be suitable for a school day). Pyjamas, dressing gowns and slippers for in class are VERY welcome!!
In a bag children can bring… a cosy blanket or cushion, dressing gown and slippers, a cuddly toy that isn’t too precious – labelled if possible-, one sweet snack (cupcake/sweets/chocolate bar) and one savoury snack (crisps/breadsticks). Please DO NOT send any nut products. We have children in Year 1 with severe allergies.
In the morning we will be crafting and having a go at a new art skill. We will also be having a dance-a-thon!! In the afternoon we will be snuggling up for a Christmas movie. The movie will be The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, to celebrate the lovely book that we have enjoyed reading together all half term.
