Welcome to Bulletin #13

Another Friday, another bulletin… We’re well into the swing of the build up to Christmas. Reception and Key Stage One Nativities are all done and were full of cuteness. Well done to all concerned; children, staff, volunteer helpers, families. Key Stage Two have been to the Playhouse for the panto there and our younger children have enjoyed a panto here in school too. There is still a lot of festive jollity and fun to come – see the diary below.

Unrelated to Christmas, this week’s bulletin includes some information on children’s use of social media, which we hope at least some families might find of interest. It’s currently a ‘hot topic’ and we’ve had a few enquiries about how much social media use the children do in school –  simple answer… none!

There’s also some guidance and advice from the NHS on when and when-not to send  under-the-weather children into school.

Wishing everyone a lovely weekend when it arrives. It’s off to Liverpool for Everton v Forest for me…
