Many, many thanks to all for the generous donations for our Christmas Appeal for Warchild. Warchild work in conflict zones across the world to provide safe spaces, education, child protection and support for children whose lives are affected by conflict. At present, a great deal of work is naturally focussed on Lebanon, Gaza and Ukraine.
The grand total for our collection amounts to a wonderful £1593, which we think is our most successful fund-raiser ever.
Again, thanks to all for donating and supporting this. Our next major charity event will be in the Summer Term, when we have our annual whole-school drive to support Hope Nottingham, our local food bank.
