The progress being made by the competitors in our Table Tennis League has been fantastic. We are seeing some great play and some really competitive matches. Most importantly though, everyone seems to be having lots of fun!
We’re only just a bit past half-way in our fixtures, so we’ll continue in the new year until it’s time for football to re-start. The plan is, as it was from the start, for everyone to play one another once to establish rankings and then to have more focussed play-offs – a sort of Champions League of Table Tennis.
So, we’ll play this Thursday (12th), have the day of the KS2 Performance (19th) off and then be back immediately after Christmas. Mr Pattison and Mr Hillier, currently both sitting below midway in the league, will be getting in lots of emergency practice in the holidays, the latter even having asked Santa for a new bat to help him along!
