All schools are required to have a Climate Action Plan in place by the end of 2025. We are a little ahead of the curve and have already completed ours with the support of Lets Go Zero.
Let’s Go Zero is the national campaign uniting teachers, pupils, parents and their schools as they all work together to be zero carbon by 2030.Their specialists have supported us to develop our plan following an extensive audit of our carbon footprint.
The plan identifies actions we intend to take in several key areas of sustainability.
Our audit identifies energy usage, transport, uniform procurement and food waste as key areas.
