Progress on the Hall has been a bit delayed. There are a number of reasons, including availability of materials, delayed orders and also a real emergency job the builders have needed to divert to in order to keep another Transform school open at all. We’re fine with that and can manage.
We have agreed that the works will pause from tomorrow, Tuesday. The Hall will be fully, handed back to us – serviceable and, while incomplete, still better than it was before! The works will continue again in October half-term. This seems the sensible way to go forward and it’s not the end of the world. A sense of perspective and all that…
