In assembly today, Monday 6th, we announced the winning house for Autumn, which was Rufford (Blue).

it was remarkably close, with only 58 points between the first and fourth placed houses.

Rufford earn themselves a non-uniform day on Friday. We’ve been looking at alternative rewards to freshen this up, but it is proving difficult to find something that works equally well for all ages, is not costly and that is not massively disruptive to the school day. On a positive note, the children assure us they still love a bonus day in non-uniform, so it is still valued.

Individual children with the most Autumn house points in their class will have come home with a certificate, having had a fuss made of them in the same assembly. Well done to all of them and the many, many children who are running them close.
