On Tuesday 25th January, Mrs Garrett took 16 Year Two athletes to an athletic competition at Arnold Hill Academy. The children took part in a range of activities testing their balance, jumping and throwing skills. All the children had a great time and lots of fun was had whilst improving their fundamental skills. The children also enjoyed the short journey in a very cosy, posh mini bus! Poor Mrs Garrett, Miss Edwards and Mrs Scott had to listen to a range of Nottingham Forest and England chants all the way there and back! Year Two’s amazing athletes represented Parkdale wonderfully!!!
