This half term Reception have been having a wonderful time investigating and exploring the world around us. We have found out about extraordinary plants, unusual animals, the differences between species and begun using our senses and adjectives to describe the world.
We especially enjoyed discovering all different types of habitats, comparing and describing them. We put all of our hard work to making this final outcome, a piece of work featuring an animal, either in its habitat or in a silly habitat. We used our knowledge of what an animal needs and what habitats are like, to describe the habitat and say what the animal would think…
