Phew! We have been busy in Reception this half term. We have been learning tag rugby, netball, how to use a camera app on an iPad, sharing stories about our favourite food and toys, talking about identity and beginning to use numbers to answer “how many do I need?”. We have made new friends, learned about sharing, and begun to adjust to Parkdale school life; finding out that kindness is our most important value. We are so proud of you all!
Over half term we suggest that you share lots of stories, walks and spend time celebrating your super first half term! We will see you back at school on the 30th October ready to learn about the different communities in the UK.
