Some good news for you, we think!
After some discussion amongst school leaders and Governors, it has been decided that for 2022-23 each class/year group will receive an addiitonal allowance from the budget toward trips, visiting workshops and other things additional to the ‘routine’ curriculum, the things we previosuly asked you to contribute to.
Each child has been allocated a £20 allowance, which staff will use to either fund a number of less expensive activities or a dearer one. Until your child’s allowance is ‘spent’ you will not be asked to contribute towards these extra experiences.
Above this initial £20, we will continue to ask for contributions, but will be mindful of the current cost of living challenges that we are all facing.
