Holi Festival – The festival of Colours
Holi Festival is a Hindu celebration. It symbolizes the triumph of Good over Evil and the coming of Spring. Hindus gather on the streets and shower each other in water and powdered paints. Each colour has an uplifting meaning and everyone joins in and gets completely covered from head to toe. It is a time to spread joy and happiness to all human life.
Year 2 celebrated the day and enjoyed putting themselves into a virtual colour festival with blowing paints over an image of themselves.
