Welcome to this week’s bulletin and news round-up – a day early!

Firstly, a reminder that the last day of term is officialy Wednesday the 21st of December. For children however, the last day is Tuesday the 20th as the Wednesday is an INSET Day for staff training.

Excellent news for our girls’ football team, who have been asked to represent Gedling at the Nottinghamshire County Finals a week on Saturday (the 26th). The local qualifying tournement has not been held this year, but we were asked to go to represetn our borough as the reigning champions from last year.  We’ll let you know how they get on…

A reminder that tomorrow, Friday 18th, is Children In Need Day

A big shout out to the Year 5 children who represented us at the prestigious Nottingham High School Tag Rugby Festival last week. Our team went through the festival unbeaten and one of our team, Jacob Hussain, came away with the medal for the best player on the day.
