The current financial situation means we have had to look at an alternative treat for the children in Clumber, last year’s winning House in our points competition. The usual cinema trip was prohibitively expensive for us in the present climate, so we have had to be a bit creative. We think we have come up with something very exciting and a bit diferent!
On Friday 14th October, all children from Years 1 to 6 will be able to attend a special magic show put on especially for them by local magician Roy Bond. Roy is a multi-award-winning entertainer, who will tailor his act for our children. He has very kindly offered us a fantastic (ie massively discounted and cheap) deal as he is keen to support us in these difficult times.
The children in Clumber have been told about this today and seemed very, very excited!
